Accounting AI Brief collects only what is needed to deliver the newsletter and understand the site at an aggregate level.
Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, your email address is sent directly to Kit, our newsletter provider and subscriber system of record. We do not copy newsletter subscriber email addresses into a separate Accounting AI Brief database. Kit processes your information to manage subscriptions, confirmations, delivery, and unsubscribes under its own privacy terms.
Site analytics
We use Fathom Analytics for cookieless aggregate page counts and two newsletter-funnel events: form started and subscription submitted. Event names include only the bounded form placement, never an email address or form value. Fathom does not record sessions or build advertising profiles, and analytics are not joined to Kit subscriber records.
