Accounting AI Brief collects only what is needed to deliver the newsletter and understand the site at an aggregate level.
Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, your email address is sent directly to Kit, our newsletter provider and subscriber system of record. We do not copy newsletter subscriber email addresses into a separate Accounting AI Brief database. Kit processes your information to manage subscriptions, confirmations, delivery, and unsubscribes under its own privacy terms.
Site analytics
We may use PostHog to understand site usage only when a dedicated project key is configured. The configured approach is cookieless, does not create profiles for anonymous visitors, disables autocapture and session recording, and avoids collecting email addresses or free text in custom events. We record page visits and page leaves, plus form starts and successful subscription submissions with only the form’s page placement.
